Lessons and program conditions

Lessons are booked and paid for before they take place. Sending a contact-form inquiry does not book a lesson.

Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, refund and package conditions depend on the selected coach or program. Before paying, review the conditions on the lesson booking page or in the published regulations for the tournament, camp or group lessons. If a condition is missing or unclear, contact the coach or academy before paying.

Lesson packages

Payments may be applied toward lesson packages as arranged with the selected coach. Purchased lessons cannot be transferred to a different student, friend or other person. Review the applicable package conditions before paying.

In-person arrangements

Supervision and collection arrangements depend on the selected coach or program. Before attending, confirm whether a parent or guardian must remain, whether drop-off is available and who may collect a child.

Online Purchase Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Lesson recordings and photographs

We do not record lessons. We take and publish photographs from tournaments and may occasionally take and publish photographs from lessons. To tell us that you do not want yourself or your child photographed or shown in published photographs, contact info@azerichessacademy.com.

Merchandise purchases

Merchandise purchases are subject to the terms and policies presented by the shop at checkout. Nothing on this page excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to violate any regulations or laws, to infringe upon our intellectual property rights, or to engage in fraudulent activities.
