Houston Circuit 2026
Azeri Chess Academy Houston Circuit 2026 is a year-long series of up to 12 monthly USCF-rated tournaments held on Sundays at Houston Chess Studio (250 Patton Street Suite H, Houston, TX 77009). Events are organized by Azeri Chess Academy LLC (USCF Affiliate ID A9567106) and directed by International Grandmaster & Local TD Ulvi Bajarani (USCF ID 17112757). Each tournament is a 6-round Swiss, played at G/30, d10, with a maximum of 64 players and is open to all players with active USCF membership, using the latest official monthly rating list for pairings.
Players earn Circuit points based on their final standings in each event, with bonus points when a tournament starts with at least 50 eligible players. At the end of the year, top performers compete for $2,625 in overall Circuit prizes, plaques, and Medals of Honor for full participation.
